For New Year's Eve, Tracie came to visit and we had a few friends over to ring in the new year. We played games and ate too much!On New Year's Day, Cambri, Zander (Cambri's baby), and Brynna arrived as well. This is a picture of my sister Tracie, her daughter Cambri, and her GRANDSON Zander. (Have to rub in that my little sister is a GRANDMA...although she's loving it!)
We laid around most of the day watching movies, playing with Cambri's Wii and playing games. 
Craig went to someone else's house to watch the football game because Dish Network decided not to broadcast it at the last minute! He was NOT a happy camper!

He was NOT a happy camper!On January 2nd, we headed over to Grammie & Papa's for some sledding fun behind the four wheeler. Papa was kind enough to retrieve Uncle Lynn's four wheeler as well as his own so the kids would have two to use. They mostly went up and down the road because the four-wheelers got stuck in the deeper snow. The kids (and Craig) had a BLAST!!
Kailey invited Whitney and Jesse and Loryn invited Lynette. We brought roasted chicken and rolls for lunch which we had in Grandpa Read's basement which now holds most of Grammie & Papa's furniture. (They are loving living in their new "cottage" and we all love to visit them there, but when there are too many of us, we have to move into Grandpa's basement.) 
While we were there we also celebrated Grammie's 62nd birthday (she'll love that I put her age--I'm proud because I think she looks great for her age!)We also had a special cake for Grammie which consisted of Hostess Cupcakes around a large candle---we slaved all day!

How come you didn't invite me to your New Year's Party! My kids still talk about the Franklin's lighting up the Christmas tree on New Years. Great Memories! Happy New Year, Love ya!
